The rooms here are amazing - they're super clean and come with coffee, a big balcony, and even free soft drinks. The breakfast has some yummy options like hot waffles and eggs. And the service? 👌 It's top-notch!

The hotel's location was remote, by a local taxi. Moreover, it was right by a restaurant in Hue, and a good 25-30 minutes walk from the famous citadel. The services were brilliant, offered us strong free Wi-Fi.

I greatly enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. the rooms were absolutely fabulous and impeccable in a beautiful garden. - the staff was great, personable, and responded promptly to requests.

Perfect hide out and ideally located a bit outside of downtown Hue, very quiet and relaxing place. The room was enormously spacious with balcony. Just the TV was too small for that kind of hotel category. Staff was very helpful and friendly, just everybody said hello when passing by. The pool area is simply beautiful. Breakfast is good. We would definetily recommend it for your next stay in Hue.

The location was great, just a short walk to lush green gardens and other restaurants nearby.

1. We liked to so much to live in the big and beautful asian garden 2. Friendly and helpful staff 3. Pilgrim Villlage feels much more modern and relaxing compared to the traditional luxuary hotels with gold taps 4. Excellent spa and good yoga class in the mornings 5. In the handicraft house we found the best collection of Vietnamese handicraft on our trip 6. Beautiful and calm pool area

Excellent hotel!

Ideal hotel and stunning location close to the center of hue. A decent size units with a fabulous balcony, and amazingly efficient staff. True 5-star experience, outstanding service. Friendly check-in. Location really close to sounds of the forest. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Tomb of Khai Dinh. Awesome and lovely hot waffles and eggs for breakfast. Really amazing stay, as always.

Everything was exceptional, my next choice again in Hue. This hotel was a fine base for exploring Hue.- I really enjoyed the immensely pleasant and accommodating staff who went beyond normal service.- The remote location just off the slick platform created a quiet atmosphere.

The resort is in a great central location, surrounded by beautiful lush greenery and well-kept gardens. it is conveniently close to Marble Mountain and easily accessible by local taxis.

Staff were very friendly and even gardeners greeted you with good morning or good afternoon. Very helpful with our small child. Assisted with queries about areas to travel and shop in Hue. A female staff member "Lo-an" was very helpful to us as a family. Rooms are set in landscaped areas, food was good but at resort prices. Onsite spa/beauty services were good.

All was very nice, but if staying for a few days and have a baby/ child who needs day rest, you would be best to call housekeeping as you leave the room - they tended to come at different hours everyday .

The staff was helpful from my arrival up until I left. the hotel was in a central setting. Rewritten: the staff was really nice and assisted me from the moment I arrived until I left. the hotel is conveniently located in the center.

This venue is lovely with a nice restaurant, delicious breakfast that includes Asian dishes and omelette, efficient check-in, and a convenient late check-out option.

The pool was amazing, spa excellent and breakfast superb.
